Background

I’m Clare Fergusson and I’m the founder of Level Up Virtual Ltd.  

After two decades working in London’s legal and real estate industries, I’ve accumulated extensive experience in various administrative and management roles.  From being the trusted Executive Assistant to the CEO of a leading international law firm, to project management, change management and support desk team leader roles at similar organisations.

I thrived in these fast-paced corporate roles and found the challenges and opportunities they presented truly rewarding, but the arrival of my son, Theo, in 2021 changed everything and led me to embrace a new beginning with greater flexibility and autonomy over my working life.  I created Level Up Virtual to provide quality, executive level support to a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

My mission is to support my clients and help them successfully take a step up to their next level – whether in the form of a new product or launch, growing their business, advancing their careers or releasing time and energy to pursue their personal and business goals.  At Level Up Virtual we provide more than just admin support – we partner with you to give you and your business all the support you need to get where you want to be.
